Introduction into Field Research

Learn the basics of human-centered design! 

This one day course offers you the opportunity to dive into real-life field research to identify the needs of the users around one specific real life challenge. You will learn the basics of qualitative and ethnographic research both theoretically and applied in real life. You will conduct needfinding interviews and will transcribe the findings in a structured process which will help you to identify the main insights.

This course will start at 9 am on the first day and end at 6 pm. We will give hands-on feedback based on each individual’s performance to guarantee learning success.
